Sr Medical Staff Recruiter

Responsibilities

The Senior Physician Medical Staff Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and qualifying all levels of medical staff providers, clinical and administrative physicians and advanced practice providers. The Senior Physician Medical Staff Recruiter partners with senior administration and clinical leaders to identify recruiting needs, candidate qualifications and sourcing strategies, as well as to effectively screen and identify qualified candidates. The Senior Physician Medical Staff Recruiter may also lead and/or support short and long-term projects related to provider recruitment, as well as assist in the development and training of Physician and APP Medical Staff Recruiters, Medical Staff Coordinators and Medical Staff Onboarding and Integration Specialists. The Senior Recruiter reports to the System Director of Medical Staff Recruitment.

Qualifications

Education Requirements
  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Experience
  • Prior experience recruiting for Advanced Practitioners and Physicians preferred but not required
  • AAPPR certification preferred but not required
